Custom time before Fluxer considers you "Idle"

Problem

Right now, users are all automatically considered idle after a certain time limit. Some users might want this time shorter or longer depending on the circumstance.

Proposed solution

An option to adjust the time limit (in the settings) before changing the user's status to idle would be a nice feature, as some users might want to be considered idle after 10 minutes, or within 2 minutes.
