Blur all NSFW attachments until hovered

Problem

I'm not 100% sure how NSFW content is treated, but NSFW is 18+, and not all Fluxer users are above the age of 18. Additionally, most users might not want to have NSFW content shown on their screen immediately without any option to blur / "hide" it.

Proposed solution

Personally, I think that as a default, Fluxer should have all NSFW attachments blurred unless hovered. Or, unless you turn off automatic blurring as an option in the settings.
