Remove Keyboard Mode Popup

Problem

When you hit tab you get a pop up window talking about Keyboard Mode. This is extremely annoying; one of the things I hate most about Discord. If I'm tabbing around in an app, a pop up is just going to interrupt what I was trying to achieve. 2026-04-16_13-11

Proposed solution
