Invite Link Embeds in Websites

(#1155) Feature Under consideration community embeds

Problem

If a webpage is set up with a redirect to a Fluxer invite, for example fluxer.example.com, it won't show the invite link when put in chat.

Proposed solution

Possibly, much like how websites can be configured with OpenGraph to embed data when put into Discord or Fluxer, a tag of some kind can be placed on a website that causes it to embed when put in a Fluxer chat.

I like this idea, and considering the usage of a OpenGraph-like pattern, I'd like to propose extra metadata for custom embeds in fluxer, something like this:
<!-- This would allow Fluxer to know if a link should prompt a confirmation to join a community when clicked -->
<meta name="fluxer:invite-code" content="eDfgY33P">
<!-- These tags would define the custom embed for a site, if missing, standard metadata is used as fallback -->
<meta name="fluxer:embed-title" content="Example title">
<meta name="fluxer:embed-url" content="https://example.com">
<meta name="fluxer:embed-image" content="https://example.com/image.png">
<meta name="fluxer:embed-color" content="#AABBCC">
