Switching Accounts when Stuck Connecting

Problem

Right now, when your client is stuck connecting, examples:
  • when the main instance is down
  • there is an issue with a user account causing the service to not work (see #512 or this incident)
This causes the user to not be able to switch accounts (or accounts with different instances when self-hosting releases with v2) until you are able to access your account again.

Proposed solution

Adding some sort of button, either at the bottom next to "Connection Issues" or possibly a button in the top right with a settings cog to be able to change accounts / instances while you are unable to connect to the instance that is having issues.
