Participants and avatars sometimes missing in group voice calls

Summary

Sometimes when i chat with my friends or get in a vc with them the void which should be there normally when you're in a vc with other users don't show up or the users pfp doesn't show up either even though there in the call.

Steps to reproduce

1. go to group chat
2. start a voice call in the group chat
3. watch the bug take place after people join in.
