Resizable channel list

(#1119) Feature Shipped ui

Problem

Currently, users are unable to resize the channel list. This means that some people are unable to make the main chat width wider if they so wish

Add a way to change the size of the channel list, similar to how discord allows users to do this

This is now available on the Canary build. The Canary build is now the default build from https://fluxer.app/download. Closing!
