Server Operators: List guild moderation flags separately from guild benefit flags

Problem

Right now, all flags are bundled together in one giant tickbox list. This works, but you have to search the list for the moderation flag you want (such as SEND_MESSAGES).

Proposed solution

I would like to suggest that either one of the following changes is made:

1. Search by flag name via search box
2. As the title of this post states, add a separate list under or right next to the current flag list and list only the moderation flags there; removing the moderation flags from the original list.
