Voice call/game overlay

(#1106) Feature Under consideration desktop voice

Problem

Fluxer doesnt have a voice call or game overlay as far as i know atleast on linux there isnt, idk about windows.

Proposed solution

Support voice call/game overlay like what discord has and also support linux as discord doesn't support this on linux even tho it is technically possible. 67e1b98290a8d8b1aa05a575_AD_4nXe2PUgr1zlb0T_SZ0_Ft1QIbL7pyzdXAppF1vZyUU1DIrXKTSSsl9W_Qung1mq5l4vTF3T5tW6WvkaoH8DGxXCvV6IpMUMZji-Yf4hE6G1plI_WChbITw7a9p4z863N_DVaZ_BPag-3886652385 I personally dont even use it when i was on windows but i know some that like having it to quickly look at who's speaking in the call or joins.

Game overlay is really hard to implement well because there are so many graphics APIs out there, like OpenGL, Vulkan, Direct3D 9, Direct3D 10, and more. Even if an overlay worked perfectly in one game, injecting it into another can still cause visual artifacts, random crashes, or even trigger anti-cheat systems. As far as I know, Fluxer isn’t focused on gaming right now. Adding an overlay could be possible in the future, but it’s a tricky feature that comes with a lot of technical risks, especially for users running exclusive fullscreen mode, which most games still use.
