Saved Media Preview Broken for User Uploads

Summary

When adding GIFs which were uploaded to the public instance CDN, then saving those to Saved Media to reuse them later, they don't show previews making them impossible to discern. It seems to work just fine using GIFs taken directly from Tenor. Important note: Selecting a GIF from the Saved Media picker sends a message with the GIF just fine. Though, it appears to re-upload the file instead of simply reusing the original file URL (like a certain popular app does). Not sure if that's a bug or intentional, so I'm leaving it as a note here.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Personal Notes (or any other text channel that allows attachments)
  2. Add your GIFs as attachments and send the message
  3. Hover the GIF and click on the star icon
  4. Go to any text channel allowing attachments (or stay in Personal Notes)
  5. Click the Media button (or Ctrl + M)
  6. Notice the previews staying blank

Summary
