Bot Invitation Flow Falsely Requires Redirect URI

Summary

I've noticed that inviting a bot to a server with more than the bot scope triggers an error stating that a redirect UI needs to be provided. I am not sure if this is intentional due to the current state of the project, but I've decided to report it just in case. A certain other popular application does not require this. The scoped I used for testing were bot and applications.commands.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Follow this URL to be met with the error message (scope: bot + applications.commands)
  2. Follow this URL to see the invitation dialog (scope: only bot)

Environment (optional)
