Call Buttons Do Not Show Up in Unfocused Window

Summary

When the client is unfocused during a call, and I am hovering over the client, I cannot see the buttons for (Mute, Deafen, Screen Sharing, etc.) I can see the tooltips, but not the buttons themselves. The buttons do show up when focus is back on the Fluxer client. I expect the buttons to show up on the screen when hovering over the Fluxer window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a voice channel.
2. Unfocus the window by alt tabbing to another application.
3. Hover over the Fluxer window to attempt to mute or deafen without focusing the window.
4. Notice the buttons do not show up, but the tooltips show up when hovering over the correct button. Expected behavior is the buttons show up as well as the tooltips.
