Provide GitHub releases for clients

Summary

Today api.fluxer.app is down, I have tried to install your AppImage via workflows using my package manager AM to test if it is reachable, but it fails https://github.com/ivan-hc/amcheck/actions/runs/22484357228/job/65130190926#step:12:279 I suggest to upload your artifacts to github releases as a fallback.

Steps to reproduce

Click on https://api.fluxer.app/dl/desktop/stable/linux/x64/latest/appimage or just https://api.fluxer.app/ I'm sure this will be fixed soon, I have seen your tracker at https://fluxerstatus.com/
