Enable Microphone post processing (filters)

(#1045) Feature Shipped voice

Problem

In my case, and maybe for other people, I use Equalizer APO, it "modifies" my microphone, I can add equalizers, supressors, etc... But to make this work, like in discord for an exemple, it gotta capture the post process (I guess that's the name that Discord gives). I can do a workaround, I can use voicemod that uses my microphone with the filters as base Mic. But even though, it could be a good feature to add eventually, especially if easy (I do not know if it is)

Proposed solution

Add the feature/option in the future. (It's not a solution for a problem)

If you're on windows (lol) try using voicemeeter and having fluxer just capture the "mic" cable from that. If you're on linux, use something like pipewire/wireplumber and find a gui for it, and just connect your post processing output to fluxer on the gui.

Can confirm that using VoiceMeeter (Potato in my case) does work. However, I had some issues getting Fluxer to accept that the audio were coming from (and going to) VM, but after a while it had solved itself without me really changing anything (the settings that ended up working were the settings that didn't want to work while I was trying to make it work). I do also use VM's 4 digital cable addon package.
