Render Typst code blocks in messages

Problem

Fluxer supports rending latex but it would be nice if typst support could also be added.

Proposed solution

The goal would be if you do a typst codeblock it would render the expression/document inside of it.

Notes (optional)

Could probably add something like typst.ts to the client and use that to handle rending.
