Problem
Currently, users with access to custom emoji are required to choose between them and standard emoji.
Proposed solution
Allow users to specify, ahead of time, custom emoji overrides for specified standard emoji.
Notes (optional)
It may be interesting for guilds to be able to specify overrides as well, for instance if they wish to replace the
emoji with one of various progress pride flags.
I am personally interested in having this feature so that I can make use of
the Emoji Kitchen's set of mashup fox emoji in lieu of their standard originals.
