Allow custom icons (perhaps through favicons) for domain connections

Problem

Right now, if you add a bunch of domain connections, their icons all look the same: image This makes it hard to discern what the connections are.

Proposed solution

I think it would be cool if Fluxer auto-fetched the favicon for the domain connections or gave some other way to have custom icons for the domain connections.
