Add the ability to edit your date of birth on the platform

Problem

I've recently made an account on the platform and mistakenly set an erroneous date of birth when creating it, and I don't feel like emailing support just to get it changed and wish for a simpler way to do so on the platform instead.

Proposed solution

Add an entry in the settings to allow people to change the date of birth on their account, requiring 2FA to do so, if available.
