IIRC Discord does not natively offer the window decorations to be toggled, and from my experience, such requires a mod like Shelter, Vencord, Equicord or BetterDiscord.
Just a small nitpick about the initial issue, not too big of a deal.
I have already locally fixed the issue with a small CSS override, as I use hyprland, and dont really like any window decorations other than an outline on the currently active app, and the titlebar included with a plugin that enables them on hyprland.
/* Remove the electron titlebar and window management buttons */:root{/* Removes the top-margin for the titlebar from the entire app */--native-titlebar-height:0!important;}.NativeTitlebar\.module__titlebar___ZWZkOD{/* Hides the titlebar */display: none!important;}

The above is merely a bandaid fix, however. And I believe a native toggle would be the better approach, even if it internally just applies the snippet above; as it would make it more approachable of a solution for users of desktop environments that rely a lot on (the lack of) window decorations, such as Hyprland, i3WM, Sway, and Niri, but also KDE, Cinnamon and Budgie, just to name a few examples.

The snippet seems to break the tool bar when viewing images. It starts being rendered in the middle of the screen.
Posting so that others that might encounter it know where it's coming from, its not a bug with Fluxer.
