Remove discriminators in favor of unique usernames

Despite everything Discord has done, this is by far one of the very few changes that I wholeheartedly agree with. It has made adding people significantly easier. Usernames should've been used from the start. Other than Fluxer, I don't know any platform that uses discriminators. Discriminators are very confusing for the average user.
