Unable to change community when adding a favourite channel

Summary

When going to the favorites tab to add a favorite channel, once you open the 'Select a Community' dropdown menu, it doesn't allow you to select a community, allows scrolling of the background list, doesn't let you close it by swiping from the drawer handle, but when you tap outside of the drawer, it closes the whole add favourite menu and keeps the drawer on the screen for a few seconds before closing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the favorites tab
2. Tap the icon with the 3 dots
3. Tap the 'Add Channel' button
4. Open the 'Select a Community' dropdown menu
5. Try select a different community
6. Tap outside of the 'Add Favorite Channels' drawer
