Hide the #0000 discriminator in usernames

showing #0000 tags for users that have them is redundant. perhaps they should be hidden so only their name shows?

perhaps it should be another toggle in the settings, whether or not accounts with a #0000 discrim have it displayed (probably displayed by default)
