I downloaded [fluxer-canary-bin](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/fluxer-canary-bin) package from AUR. I'll do it next time when reporting bugs.

Your exact Radeon 610M is explicitly denied VA-API because Chromium found that initialisation reliably crashes despite vainfo advertising HEVC support. Forcing the GPU path would therefore be unsafe [1][2].
