Screen share does not start when share audio is enabled

Summary

When I attempt to stream, I can stream w/out the audio on, but the stream will not open when I try to stream with audo.

Steps to reproduce

Join VC channel Share Screen Toggle Share Audio on/off If audio toggled on, stream will not start If audio toggled off, stream will start
  1. Rex changed the status from Duplicate to Needs triage

Summary

streaming with audio doesn't work when i try to start a stream with audio it just doesn't start/stops directly when i disable share audio it does work

Steps to reproduce

join a vc share stream enable share audio choose a screen to stream click stream

I did some additional testing, when I start the stream with the audio off, I hit "Stop Streaming" which brings up a menu that lets me stop the stream, change the quality of the stream, or turn on the stream audio. When I select "Share Stream Audio" nothing happens.
