Tab selection box remains visible when what it is selecting is no longer visible

Observed behaviour

The selection box remains visible when Profile goes out of view, causing it to be in front of other things in the UI

Reproduction steps

  1. Open settings
  2. Tab until Profile is highlighted
  3. Scroll the settings list on the left (the one Profile is a part of)

Expected behaviour The selection box disappears along the thing it is selecting, and reappears once it is in view again.
