Cannot hear users who join after sitting in a call alone

Summary

When I sit in a call for a while alone, then someone joins, every single time without fail I cannot hear them, I have to reconnect to the call. Happens in calls and in voice chats.

Steps to reproduce

Sit in a call, have someone join after a few minutes They cannot hear you or you cannot hear them
