Search results can't be scrolled with mouse wheel click if App zoom level is not at 100%

Observed behaviour

Either messages or nothing will scroll depending on App zoom level

Reproduction steps

  1. Set App zoom level to 125% or 75%
  2. Search for anything in the search bar top right
  3. Scroll the search results using mouse wheel click

canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Can reproduce CR - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.105, locale en-US
