Observed behaviour

Only some emojis animate, seemingly capped to one row or so.

Reproduction steps

Open emoji menu
Pull it up so you can see more
Scroll to a selection of emojis where there are lots of animated ones (e.g. Fluxer Developers)
Scroll around a little bit

Version 1.0.0, Beta 55, Channel Beta, Build 2335, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1
