Editing image alt text still still doesn't work

Observed behaviour

The alt text fails to save, giving a toast notification "Failed to edit attachment alt text"

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload an image
  2. Tap it to view it full screen
  3. Tap the 3 dots menu
  4. Scroll down the menu to "Edit Alt Text" and tap that
  5. Tap it again because of a separate bug
  6. Enter some alt text into the description
  7. Save

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 46, Channel Beta, Build 2244, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.8, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour The alt text should have saved.

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 47, Channel Beta, Build 53, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.9, Dart 3.12.2
