A lot of default emotes are wrong

Observed behaviour

The emotes display as something different than what's shown in the bottom sheet when tapping and holding (and also when reacting)

Reproduction steps

Open the emote picker and go down to the default emojis
Scrolling through them, tapp and hold on random emojis

Version 1.0.0, Beta 34, Channel Beta, Build 38, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.6, Dart 3.12.2

Can reproduce CR; encountered in several instances. Version 1.0.0, Beta 34, Channel Beta, Build 38, iOS 26.5.2 (arm64), Device iPhone17,4, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.6, Dart 3.12.2
