Empty area appears above the user profile sheet after fast scrolling

Observed behaviour

an empty space appears at the top of the popout, that persists until you let go of the screen.

Reproduction steps

  1. open someone's account view
  2. listen carefully. scroll up very fast so the top of the profile goes beyond your phone screen and then scroll down just as fast. the faster this is, the more obvious the bug is
  3. keep holding down and scroll a little bit. observe the top of the popout
