Unread channels with no messages do not get marked as read when viewed

Observed behaviour

The channel stays marked as unread

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a channel
  2. Send a message in it on a second account
  3. Delete the message
  4. View the channel on the first account

Build information

Beta 20, Version 1.0.0, iOS 16.6 (arm64), Device iPhone10,3, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

Can reproduce CR: Beta 2061, Version 1.0.0, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.2, Dart 3.12.2
