"Camera On" still visible when camera is not

Summary

After turning on a camera, if the source of the video disappears, it still says "Camera On" next to your profile in the voice chat. I did this using a virtual source on OBS. image

Steps to reproduce

1. open a virtual camera on OBS (no other camera in my example is available)
2. turn your camera on in fluxer
3. disable virtual camera
