Admin UI - User Search Filters

Problem

I have a clutter from when I was creating my server where users attempted to register multiple times and while I have triggered a deletion for these accounts, I cannot filter them to only my active users

Proposal

User Search in the Admin UI include the option to search on and or exclude on User Flags. I.E Staff/Partner/Deleted
