Make "message" button unclickable when user have DM's closed

Problem

right now you can't see if someone have their DMs closed or open until you try to send them a message. It would be nice to see if theyre closed before that point.

Proposed solution

make the "message" button unclickable, greyed out and maybe say "DM's closed". that way users can see if they can message someone or not without having to try it out. as for when you yourself have dms closed in a server, if you try to send a message to someone else it doesnt work either. so maybe apply this to everyone else for the user if they closed their own DM's.
