Inline LaTeX math without a code block

(#1081) Feature Under consideration markdown

Problem

Currently the Fluxer Markdown renderer doesn't seam to support latex inlined in text blocks (only supports in math blocks).

Proposed solution

Adding support for latex within text without a code block, possibly using the $$ (inline) and $$$$ (block) syntax which I've found is more common. Edit: I narrowed the scope of this PR to only include new latex syntax since I'm sure theres plenty of PRs for tables.

It's a codeblock (3 backticks) with the language code latex. If you check the package.json in one of the folders (I forgot which one) it'll show that katex is used

The only thing I don't like about the way fluxer did this is that it doesn't support inline latex without a codeblock, so I will reopen the issue and edit it for that.
